Love In the Time of Money

This quirky comic drama set in Manhattan during the late-1990's dot-com boom features a smorgasbord of independent film stars (Steve Buscemi, Rosario Dawson, Jill Hennessy, Michael Imperioli). Resembling Richard Linklater's "Slacker" structure of conversational duets and loosely based on Arthur Schnitzler's "Reigen" (also the basis for the classic film "La Ronde"), the story centers on nine lonely singles in pursuit of love, lust, and lucre.
