Ben Affleck stars in this sci-fi thriller as a reverse engineer who accepts millions in exchange for his work on top-secret projects that are then erased from his memory. When he finds himself on the run from hired killers, he must piece together the truth about his most recent project - a three-year assignment involving a vast conspiracy, an old friend (Aaron Eckhart), and a love affair with a coworker (Uma Thurman) he can't remember.
