Ten years after being falsely accused of a triple homicide, Sean Veil (Lee Evans) has become paranoid and obsessive, videotaping himself 24 hours per day to provide an alibi should he be fingered for another crime he didn't commit. Meanwhile, a dying, obsessed detective is still attempting to prove that Sean is guilty, and a determined reporter refuses to drop her interest in his case.
