The Violent Ones

In a mostly Hispanic town, a woman is assaulted and identifies her attacker as Caucasian before slipping into a coma, leading to an explosion of ethnic tensions that threaten to become bloody and trap the local sheriff (David Carradine) in an impossible dilemma.
