When he wins $36 million in the Iowa State Lottery, a shy aspiring accountant (Colin Hanks) pursues his dream girl, a gold digging receptionist (Ari Graynor) he has loved since childhood. Romantically uninterested until her coworker becomes a millionaire, she quickly marries the drab millionaire and discovers that he's got quite a hidden dark side: he's a serial killer.
