The Company Men

When he is unexpectedly downsized in a corporate layoff, sales executive Bobby Walker (Ben Affleck) can't find work and is forced to ask his brother-in-law (Kevin Costner) for a job in construction, while his middle-aged coworker Phil (Chris Cooper) finds that nobody wants to hire an unemployed 60-year-old, and their former company's cofounder Gene (Tommy Lee Jones) wrestles with his conscience over the cold-hearted decision.
