Brooklyn cigar shop owner Auggie Wren (Harvey Keitel) returns in this sequel to "Smoke" that finds him the center of an eccentric neighborhood clientele who offer their opinions on everything from the Dodgers to true love. Lou Reed, Mira Sorvino and Roseanne costar in this charming, largely improvised comedy.
