White Squall

Based on the fate of the sailing ship Albatross, which sank May 2, 1961 during a rare Caribbean storm, White Squall tells the story of an ill-fated school trip led by Christopher "Skipper" Sheldon (Jeff Bridges), a hard-nosed captain intent on getting his crew of troubled teenage boys into mental and physical shape. When a white squall threatens their ship, the boys must use what Skipper has taught them to survive a horrific ordeal.
