The Last Patrol

In the year 2006, an earthquake splits California away from the U.S., leaving a separated island surrounded by contaminated water and a dust-cloud hovering above. Fort Edenberg, a Marine depot filled with weapons, also houses a group of defenders of the old land who, led by Army captain Nick Preston (Dolph Lundgren), are out to revive life as they used to know it.
