Wharf Rat

Petey Martin (Lou Diamond Phillips) was behind bars while his brother, Matt (Scott Cohen) was in college, despite the fact that Matt was really the guilty one. Years later, Matt's a cop, Petey's a low-level waterfront hood, and family relations have never been worse. But blood is blood and when Matt is murdered by a crooked fellow officer (Judge Reinhold), Petey sets out for revenge, setting the stage for a showdown on the docks. Rachel Ticotin and Rita Moreno costar in this hard-edged crime drama.
