Man Of The House

A boy attempts to sabotage his mother's relationship with her fiancé in this family-oriented comedy. Ben Archer (Jonathan Taylor Thomas) has become protective of his mom Sandra (Farrah Fawcett) since his dad abandoned them and he resents the intrusion of anyone else into their lives. Despite Ben's disapproval, Sandra has built up a relationship with attorney Jack Sturgess (Chevy Chase), who eventually pops the question. Ben decides that the marriage is out of the question and he sets out to drive the lawyer away through a variety of schemes.
