The director of "Cocaine Cowboys" presents this revealing look at New York club scene impresario Peter Gatien, who with his trademark eye patch ruled over such 1980's nightlife hot spots as Tunnel, Palladium, Limelight and Club USA until the Giuliani administration's attempts to clean up the city a decade later found him being deported to Canada.
