Q. How do I find what I'm looking for?
Our new global navigation makes it easier to find everything you need. Click on the area you're interested in and browse the sub-menu. We have also implemented a daily schedule feature at the bottom of every page of the website, so you always have easy access to the programming planned for today. Finally, important utilities such as Search and Login are at the top of every page, while links to information around our Apps and other goodies are at the bottom of every page.
Q. Will bigger pictures and videos change the loading time of pages?
A. Ultimately, page load time depends on the internet connection speed and strength of the computer being used. However, we have updated our technology to streamline delivery of all the content on SHO.com, and strive to make it a great experience for everyone.
Q. Is the video HD?
Most of the video on the new site is HD. The video player will optimize the quality of the video delivered based on the internet connection speed detected. The highest quality video will look amazing.
