Montel Williams has hosted the Emmy®-nominated "The Montel Williams Show" for 13 seasons. Williams, who also serves as executive producer on the show, won an Emmy® Award for "Outstanding Talk Show Host" in 1996. A graduate of the Naval Academy, Williams has received numerous awards throughout his naval career, including the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, two Navy Commendation Medals and two Meritorious Service Awards, the latter of which is rarely awarded twice. Williams is also an accomplished author, having penned three best-selling books: the inspirational autobiography Climbing Higher, BodyChange and Mountain Get Out of My Way. After he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1999, Williams vowed to find a cure and established the Montel Williams MS Foundation to further the scientific study of MS.
