NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
A PURCHASE OR USE OF WIRELESS SERVICE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED.
Each text message sent to or received by a service subscriber of any wireless carrier will incur a standard text messaging charge in accordance with that carrier's Terms and Conditions applicable to such customer's particular voice/data rate plan. Contact your wireless carrier for text messaging plan details.
1) Eligibility: The Tudors King Me Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same household) of Showtime Networks Inc. ("Sponsor"), Marden-Kane, Inc. ("Administrator"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates (other than Customer Service Representatives at a participating cable affiliate), retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising, promotion and production agencies are not eligible to participate or win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
2) How to Enter: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 NOON Eastern Time (ET) on February 29, 2008 and ends at 11:59 AM ET on May 23, 2008 (the "Promotion Period"). Beginning on March 28, 2008 the Promotion Period will also include 8 Weekly Drawings as defined in Rule #3. There are two ways to enter: 1) To enter online, go to TudorsKingMe.com, follow the onscreen instructions, and complete the online entry registration process providing your first and last name, address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime phone number, and email address as directed. 2) To enter via Text Message: If you are a wireless service subscriber and have a text messaging-capable device, you may enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period by texting any one of the promotional words provided on-air in TV broadcasts, in print in April issues of Conde Nast Traveler, Vanity Fair, Gourmet, Glamour, and Details magazines, or in other sweepstakes advertising to the short code "74688". You will be charged for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier. Standard text and data rates may apply. Each wireless carrier's rate plan may vary, and entrants should contact their wireless carrier for information on text messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Any text message form of entry into this Sweepstakes will be deemed made by the named account holder whose mobile phone number is assigned at the time of entry to the text messaging device so used.
Limit of one entry per person per week, regardless of method of entry. Entries submitted from the start date of the promotion will be placed into the first Weekly Drawing and will be eligible for all subsequent Weekly Drawings thereafter and for the final Grand Prize drawing. The Sponsors, Administrator, and any Internet access providers, their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, and agencies and each of the foregoing entities' respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transfer of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access web site or cell number, damage to a user's computer system (hardware and software) due to participation in this Sweepstakes or any other problem or error that may occur. No responsibility is assumed for entrant information that is incomplete or incorrectly entered. All entries become the property of the Sponsors. Any entry information collected from the sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of entry, with these Official Rules, and with Sponsor's Online Privacy Policy which can be found at http://www.sho.com/site/util/privacy.do. Showtime has contracted Marden-Kane, an independent third party sweepstakes administrator. The entry information is shared with Marden-Kane for the sole purpose of the selection, notification, and the fulfillment of prizes. Participants who submit inaccurate entry data and/or exceed the entry limits may be excluded from participation at any time during the promotion. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules & consent to use of their names &/or photographs for advertising or publicity purposes by Sponsors and their designees in any and all media without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.
3) Definition of Weekly Cycles/Entry Periods: Weekly Drawings start at 12:00 NOON ET on March 28, 2008 and end at 11:59 AM on May 23, 2008. All subsequent Weekly Drawings begin at 12:00 NOON ET on the "Start" date and end at 11:59 AM (ET) on the "End" date shown in the Weekly Cycles/Entry Periods Summary Chart below. All entries received between February 29, 2008 and March 28, 2008 will be placed into all Weekly Drawings and into the Grand Prize Drawing. Entries submitted March 28, 2008 and thereafter will be eligible for the Weekly Drawing in which entry was received and will also rollover into all subsequent drawings. The Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this sweepstakes.

4) Weekly/Grand Prize Notifications: A random drawing to select one potential Prize winner for each 1-week cycle will be conducted from among all eligible entries received as outlined in the Weekly Cycles/Entry Periods Summary Chart that appears in Rule #3. Drawings will be conducted by Marden-Kane Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these official rules. Marden-Kane will notify potential winners by regular mail, email, or cell phone number provided with entry within seven (7) days of the respective Weekly or Grand Prize drawing. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign, have notarized and return to Marden-Kane an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability, and, where legal, publicity release within fourteen (14) days of issuance of notification. Failure to complete and return the documents in the time noted or if prize notification is undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner(s) will be selected and notified. Odds of winning a prize are subject to the total number of eligible entries received.
5) Prize: One (1) Grand Prize includes $50,000 cash (awarded in the form of a check), a $25,000 donation to a non-profit organization selected by the Grand Prize winner (and mutually agreed upon by Sponsor) from a list of organizations approved by the Sponsor, at its sole discretion ("Grand Prize Charity"), a 7-Day/6-Night luxury vacation for two at a Starwood Hotel & Resort of winner's choice for the Grand Prize winner and one guest including round-trip coach air transportation for two to destination location from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest to winner's home (as determined by Sponsor), and an authentic English title such as "Lord" or "Lady". English titles shall be awarded subject to then-current English legislation, and are non-inheritable and for show purposes only. All details of prize not specified herein, including but not limited to, benefits and terms and conditions of English title, shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Selection of available trip destination and trip dates is at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner will receive less than 30 days notice prior to trip departure. If, for any reason, Grand Prize winner cannot take the trip on a date specified by the Sponsor, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Grand Prize winner other than to supply the remaining elements of the Grand Prize as described. All other expenses relating to acceptance of Grand Prize not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to taxes, ground transfers, meals, beverages, alcoholic beverages, and gratuities are responsibility of Grand Prize winner and guest. Specifics of Grand Prize travel package are subject to availability and Sponsor's sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of Grand Prize trip will be furnished with prize notification. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Reservations are subject to availability. Travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (e.g. acceptable photo ID, passport, visa, etc.). Guest of Grand Prize winner must be 21 years of age or older. To claim Starwood Hotel & Resort portion of Grand prize, Grand Prize winner must register for membership into the Starwood Preferred Guest® loyalty program. Membership in the Starwood Preferred Guest program is free. Visit www.spg.com or call 888-625-4988 to join. All promotions associated with the Starwood Preferred Guest program are subject to the terms and conditions of the Starwood Preferred Guest program, which are subject to change without notice. Full terms and conditions of the Starwood Preferred Guest program are found at www.spg.com. If Grand Prize winner resides within a 100 mile radius of Starwood Hotel & Resort location selected, ground transportation may be provided for the Grand Prize winner and guest in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Prize is non-transferable; no substitutions or cash awards allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to decide upon a Grand Prize Charity, then Sponsor may select one in its sole discretion. The winner will have no federal, state, or other tax liabilities for donation portion of prize, as the prize monies go directly from Administrator to the non-profit organization. All details of prize not specified herein, including but not limited to, benefits and terms and conditions of English title, shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize is $80,000. Actual value of prize may vary based on winner's point of departure and arrival, dates of travel, and airfares at time of booking. Eight Weekly (8) Prizes: A spa gift pack, a Sorrelli jewelry set, Sponsor's selection of royal replicas, and select merchandise from The Tudors series. ARV of Weekly Prize: $500 each. Approximate retail value of all prizes is $84,000. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, and each winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee claim.
6) Limitations of Liability: Each participant agrees (i) to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and judges which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, and (ii) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any & all claims, actions, and/or liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or for entry into this Sweepstakes, any related activities, or acceptance or use of any prize won.
7) General Conditions: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should this Sweepstakes be terminated, Sponsors reserve the right to select potential winner(s) in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer system, server, or service providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsors on account of technical problems, human error or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer equipment relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8) Winners List: For the name of Prize winners, available after June 30, 2008, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Tudors King Me Sweeps Winners, c/o Marden-Kane, Dept. MB, 36 Maple Place, Manhasset, NY 11030. Requests received after August 31, 2008 will not be honored.
9) Sponsor/Administrator: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Showtime Networks Inc., 1633 Broadway, New York, NY 10019. The Administrator is Marden-Kane, Inc., 36 Maple Place, Manhasset, NY 11030.
