1) Eligibility: The Tudors Royal Treatment Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same household) of Showtime Networks Inc. ("Sponsor"), Marden-Kane, Inc. ("Administrator"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising, promotion and production agencies are not eligible to participate or win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

2) How to Enter: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 NOON, Eastern Time (ET) on March 15, 2007 and ends at 12:00 NOON ET on May 31, 2007 (the "Promotion Period".) To enter, go to sho.com/royalsweeps, complete the official entry form and click to submit. Limit of one entry per person per day during the promotion period. The Sponsor, Administrator, and any Internet access providers, their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, and agencies and each of the foregoing entities' respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transfer of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, or software or any combination thereof, inability to access web sites, damage to a user's computer system (hardware and software) due to participation in this Sweepstakes or any other problem or error that may occur, or for late, lost, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, illegible, or incorrectly entered entries. Participants who submit inaccurate entry data and/or exceed the entry limits may be excluded from participation at any time during the promotion. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Any entry information collected from the sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of entry, with these Official Rules, and with Sponsor's Online Privacy Policy which can be found at sho.com. Showtime has contracted Marden-Kane, an independent third party sweepstakes administrator. The entry information is shared with Marden-Kane for the sole purpose of the selection, notification, and the fulfillment of the Grand Prize. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and consent to use of their names and/or photographs for advertising or publicity purposes by Sponsor and its designees in any and all media without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.

3) Prize Drawing: A random drawing to select the potential Grand Prize, First Prize, and Second Prize winners from among all eligible entries received will be conducted on or about June 8, 2007. Drawing will be conducted by Marden-Kane Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these official rules. Marden-Kane will notify potential winners by regular mail within seven (7) days of the prize drawing. Potential winners will be required to sign, have notarized and return to Marden-Kane an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability, and, where legal, a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of issuance of notification. Failure to complete and return the documents in the time noted or if prize notification is undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner(s) will be selected and notified. Grand Prize winner must be 21 years of age or older. Travel companion of Grand Prize winner must also be 21 years of age or older (unless travel companion is the child of the Grand Prize winner). Grand Prize winner's travel companion (parent/guardian, if travel companion is a minor) must sign and return a consent to publicity (where legal), liability waiver, and travel release form prior to traveling. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use winner and travel companion's names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Odds of winning any prize are subject to the total number of eligible entries received.

4) Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: A trip to London, England which includes round-trip coach air transportation for two from Sponsor's choice of major international airport nearest winner's home within the 50 U.S. and D.C. to the nearest major airport in London, England, 6-day/5-night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (at hotel determined by Sponsor), a tour of The Tower of London, Kensington Palace and Banqueting House, ground transportation to/from the designated London airport and hotel, and $200 spending money (awarded in the form of a check) along with one (1) Microsoft Windows Vista Home Theater Package consisting of: one (1) Niveus Rainer Edition 500 Media Center PC with Windows Vista Ultimate and Digital Cable Receiver, one (1) Samsung 40" 1080p LCD HDTV, one (1) Pioneer 600W 5.1-Channel Home Theater System for Microsoft Xbox 360, one (1) Microsoft Xbox 360 game console, one (1) Xbox Live 12-month Gold Card, one (1) Microsoft 360 Wireless Network Adapter, one (1) NCAA March Madness 07 game for Xbox 360, one (1) The Elder Scrolls Oblivion game for Xbox 360, one (1) Viva Pinata game for Xbox 360, and one (1) D-LINK Xtreme N Gigabit Router; Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $13,910.00. One (1) First Prize: An HP Pavilion Notebook with Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate and The Tudors book; ARV: $2,664.00. One (1) Second Prize: A Samsung Q1 Ultra Mobile PC with Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate and The Tudors book; ARV: $1,414.00. Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $17,988.00. Actual value of Grand Prize trip may vary based on Grand Prize winner's point of departure and arrival, dates of travel, and air fares at time of booking. All taxes and other expenses relating to acceptance of Grand Prize (including, but not limited to, meals, gratuities, in-room charges, telephone calls, and incidentals) are responsibility of Grand Prize winner and guest. Any tickets awarded are subject to terms and conditions stated on tickets. Travel subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and provide travel documents suitable for travel (e.g. acceptable photo ID, passport, visa, etc.). Travel dates are subject to change by the Sponsor. Grand Prize winner will be notified of actual travel dates. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flier miles. Certain blackout dates, travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. In the event that the selected tours are unable to take place as planned, for reasons including but not limited to unavailability, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then the remaining components of the Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to the Grand Prize winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded. Trip must be completed within one (1) year of award or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All details of prizes not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Actual game titles awarded as part of the Grand Prize are subject to availability and may be substituted with an alternate game title at Sponsor's sole discretion. No prize substitutions or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability.

5) Limitations of Liability: Each participant agrees (i) to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, and (ii) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any & all claims, actions, and/or liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or for entry into this Sweepstakes, any related activities, or acceptance or use of any prize won.

6) General Conditions: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should this Sweepstakes be terminated, Sponsor reserves the right to select potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer system, server, or service providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer equipment relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7) Winners List: For the names of winners, available after June 30, 2007 send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to The Tudors Royal Sweeps Winner, c/o Marden-Kane, Dept. KB, 36 Maple Place, Manhasset, NY 11030. Requests received after August 31, 2007 will not be honored.

8) Sponsor/Administrator: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Showtime Networks Inc., 1633 Broadway, New York, NY 10019. The Administrator is Marden-Kane, Inc., 36 Maple Place, Manhasset, NY 11030.
