1. Eligibility: The Tudors Royal Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same household) of Showtime Networks Inc. ("Sponsor"), Delta Airlines, Macy's ("Promotional Participants"), Skybridge Marketing Group ("Administrator") are not eligible to participate or enter. Void where prohibited. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

2. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 3/28/10 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 5/28/10 (the "Promotion Period"). There are two (2) ways to enter: (1) To enter online, visit www.tudorsroyalsweepstakes.com ("Website") to complete the online official entry form and submit your entry by following the online instructions; or (2) To enter via Text Message: If you are a wireless service subscriber with a text-messaging enabled wireless device, you may enter by texting KING to 74688. After you send in the text-message you will receive a confirmation text validating one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You will be charged for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier. Standard text and data rates may apply. Each wireless carrier's rate plan may vary, and entrants should contact their wireless carrier for information on text messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Any text message form of entry into this Sweepstakes will be deemed made by the named account holder whose mobile phone number is assigned at the time of entry to the text messaging device so used. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 5/28/10 to be entered into the Random Drawing. Limit of 1 entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

3. Random Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize winner ("Winner") will be selected via random drawing on or about 5/31/10 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by Skybridge Marketing Group, an independent judging organization. Decisions of Skybridge Marketing Group are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

4. Prize & Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to London, England. Trip includes: four (4) nights hotel accommodations at The Kensington Hotel (lodging only, standard room, quad occupancy) in London, England, two (2) Delta Airlines travel certificates ("Certificate(s)") each worth up to Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500) for round trip economy class airfare for two (2) from the airport nearest Winner's residence to London, England, Sponsor-specified VIP tours for two (2), and a Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) Macy's gift card. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. All travel arrangements/accommodations shall be selected at the discretion of the Sponsor. All other unspecified expenses (including additional taxes/fees/restrictions apply to air travel prize (see paragraph 6 below for details), taxes, meals, gratuities and any incidental expenses) are solely the responsibility of the Winner. Trip and travel insurance is not included. Winner must take the trip on dates specified by Sponsor, which are subject to change, or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. ARV: Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($9,700.00). The actual value of the prize will depend upon airfare fluctuations and the Winner's point of departure. Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual retail value will not be awarded to Winner. Gift card is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions as printed on the card. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed herein as the prize.

5. General Rules: Sponsor, Promotional Participants and their respective agencies are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, incomplete, illegible, mutilated or misdirected entries, entries not received by the entry deadline, or for electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or telephone lines or cellular towers that may limit a user's ability to participate in this Sweepstakes, or other hardware, software or technical errors of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer or television system related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor, in their sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is so cancelled, judging will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. In the event a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, entry made online or text messaging, the account holder will be declared made by the "authorized account holder." "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is responsible for the email address or cellular telephone account. Entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the entrant is the authorized account holder associated with the account/submission. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all entries by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by Winner permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Potential Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release (where legal) within fourteen (14) days of notification. Non-compliance with this requirement, or if prize/prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Winner's guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, must also sign and return a Release of Liability and Publicity Release prior to awarding of prize. If guest is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residence, Winner must be such guest's parent/legal guardian. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Entrants, by participating in this Sweepstakes, hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, licensors, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death, and /or property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or their participation in this Sweepstakes, or any prize-related activity. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, Winner agrees that Sponsor, and its related and affiliated companies may use the Winner's name, address (city, state), photograph, videotape, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to Winner relating to Sponsor, their related and affiliated companies or to this Sweepstakes and grants to Sponsor, and its related and affiliated companies any and all rights to said use without further notice and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.

6. Air Travel: Ticket prizes will be awarded in the form of Certificates that must be redeemed by June 1, 2011. Travel must be between June 1, 2010 and May 31, 2011. Restrictions and blackout periods may apply. Certificates may be redeemed for round-trip coach class travel on Delta from the Winner's home gateway to London. Certificates may be redeemed only by the Winner and cannot be reissued. Any transportation that is unclaimed, is not awarded or is otherwise not used by the travel completion date specified will be forfeited.

Certificate seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or in all markets. Certificates are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold or bartered. The sale or barter of tickets obtained through redemption of Certificates is also prohibited. Any tickets obtained through such sale or barter are void and will not be honored for travel. After ticketing, date, time and routing changes are permitted (subject to the availability booking class) however a $200 fee applies.

Certificates do not include a $3.70 Federal Excise Tax, Passenger Facility Charge(s) of up to $4.50, and the September 11th Security Fee of up to $2.50 which will be imposed on each flight segment in the passenger's ticketed itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing. For travel to/from Hawaii/Alaska, U.S. International Air Transportation Tax of up to $16.20 is not included. Certificates used for international travel do not include U.S. International Air Transportation Tax of up to $32.20 and U.S. and foreign user, inspection, security or other similarly based charges, fees or taxes of up to $299, depending on itinerary. For travel within the United States/PR/U.S. Virgin Islands and to/from Canada, $23 USD/CAD fee for 1 checked bag and $32 USD/CAD fee for second checked bag when bags are prepaid during online check-in at delta.com. There is a $2 USD/CAD surcharge for the first bag, $3 USD/CAD for the second bag, when checking in via ticket counter, kiosk, or curbside. For all other travel, no fee for 2 checked bags (50 USD/CAD/EUR fee for travel to/from Europe for second checked bag when bags are prepaid during online check-in at delta.com, 55 USD/CAD/EUR fee for second bag when checking in via ticket counter, kiosk, or curbside) and 200 USD/CAD/EUR fee for third checked bag. Allowances subject to size/weight limits. These taxes and fees are subject to change, are the responsibility of the passenger and (except for bag fees) must be paid at the time the ticket is booked. Any taxes, fees, or changes paid at the time of ticket issuance will be refunded if ticket is not used. However, once redeemed, Certificates are void and will have no further value. Certificate travel will not qualify for SkyMiles mileage. Stopovers/Upgrades/Waitlisting/Open Returns are not permitted for tickets booked with Certificates. Standby travel is not permitted except for an earlier flight on the same day as flight ticketed, for an additional charge of $25. Lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed Certificates will not be replaced. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Additional restrictions may apply. It is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. Delta reserves the right to deny boarding to any passengers without proper documentation.

Winner's List/Official Rules: For name of the Winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope in a first-class stamped envelope and mail to: Tudors Royal Sweepstakes Winner's List/Official Rules (designate which), P.O. Box 72806, Rockford, MN 55572, to be postmarked by 5/28/10 and received by 6/7/10.
