Each text message sent to or received by a service subscriber of any wireless carrier will incur a standard text messaging charge in accordance with that carrier’s Terms and Conditions applicable to such customer’s particular voice/data rate plan. Contact your wireless carrier for text messaging plan details.

1) Eligibility: The Tudors Have It All Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same household) of Showtime Networks Inc. ("Sponsor"), Marden-Kane, Inc. (“Administrator”), VisitBritain, Macy’s, Inc. and Conde Nast Publications, Inc. (collectively, “Prize Providers”), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates (other than Customer Service Representatives at a participating cable affiliate), retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising, promotion and production agencies are not eligible to participate or win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

2) How to Enter: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 NOON Eastern Time (ET) on March 22, 2009 and ends at 11:59 AM ET on May 29, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”). Beginning on April 13, 2009, the Promotion Period will include (8) eight Weekly Drawings and (1) one Grand Prize Drawing as defined in Rule #3. There are two ways to enter: 1) To enter online, go to www.tudorshaveitall.com, follow the onscreen instructions, and complete the online entry registration process providing your first and last name, address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime phone number, and email address as directed. 2) To enter via Text Message: If you are a wireless service subscriber and have a text messaging-capable device, you may enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period by texting any one of the promotional words provided on-air in TV broadcasts or in other Sweepstakes advertising to the short code “74688”. You will be charged for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the Terms and Conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Standard text and data rates may apply. Each wireless carrier’s rate plan may vary, and entrants should contact their wireless carrier for information on text messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Any text message entry submitted into this Sweepstakes will be deemed made by the named account holder whose mobile phone number is assigned at the time of entry to the text messaging device used.

Limit of one entry per person per week, regardless of method of entry. Entries submitted from the start date of the promotion will be placed into the first Weekly Drawing and will be eligible for all subsequent Weekly Drawings thereafter and for the final Grand Prize drawing. The Sponsor, Administrator, Prize Providers, and any Internet access providers, their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, and agencies and each of the foregoing entities’ respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and agents (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transfer of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access web site or cell number, damage to a user’s computer system (hardware and software) due to participation in this Sweepstakes or any other problem or error that may occur. No responsibility is assumed for entrant information that is incomplete or incorrectly entered. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Any entry information collected from the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of entry, with these Official Rules, and with Sponsor’s Online Privacy Policy which can be found at www.sho.com/site/util/privacy.do. Sponsor has contracted Marden-Kane, an independent third party Sweepstakes Administrator. The entry information is shared with Administrator for the sole purpose of the selection, notification, and the fulfillment of prizes. Participants who submit inaccurate entry data and/or exceed the entry limits may be excluded from participation at any time during the promotion. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and consent to use of their names and/or photographs for advertising or publicity purposes by Sponsor and their designees in any and all media without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.

3) Definition of Weekly Cycles/Entry Periods: The Promotion Period starts at 12:00 NOON ET on March 22, 2009 and ends at 11:59 AM ET on May 29, 2009. All Weekly Cycles/Entry Periods within the Promotion Period begin at 12:00 NOON ET on the “Start” date and end at 11:59 AM (ET) on the “End” date shown in the Weekly Cycles/Entry Periods Summary Chart below. All entries received between 12:00 Noon ET on March 22, 2009 and 11:59 AM ET on April 10, 2009 will be placed into the Week #1 Drawing and into all subsequent drawings. Entries submitted 12:00 NOON ET on April 10, 2009 and thereafter will be eligible for the Weekly Drawing in which entry was received and will also rollover into all remaining subsequent drawings. The Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

4) Weekly/Grand Prize Notifications: A random drawing to select one potential Prize winner for each Weekly Cycle/Entry Period will be conducted from among all eligible entries received as outlined in the Weekly Cycles/Entry Periods Summary Chart that appears in Rule #3. Drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these official rules. Administrator will notify potential winners by regular mail, email, or cell phone number provided with entry within seven (7) days of the respective Weekly or Grand Prize drawing. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign, have notarized and return to Administrator an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability, and, where legal, publicity release within fourteen (14) days of issuance of notification. Travel companion of Grand Prize winner must also be 21 years of age or older (unless travel companion is the child of the Grand Prize winner.) Grand Prize winner’s travel companion (parent/guardian, if travel companion is a minor) must sign and return a consent to publicity (where legal), liability waiver, and travel release form prior to traveling. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use winner and travel companion’s names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Failure to complete and return the documents in the time noted or if prize notification is undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner(s) will be selected and notified. Odds of winning a prize are subject to the total number of eligible entries received.

5) Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: A VisitBritain Tudors Tour for two to London, England. Prize includes 4-night deluxe “Royal Room” double-occupancy accommodations at The Rubens at the Palace Hotel, roundtrip economy class airfare for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest to winner’s home to a London area airport, breakfast daily, “Champagne Afternoon Tea for Two” at The Orangery at Kensington Palace, a Special Twilight Tour of the Tower of London, a Tudor Cookery Lesson at Hampton Court Palace, a $1,000 Macy’s gift card, a unique dinner for two at a Gourmet Magazine-tested restaurant in London, and (4) four-piece place settings (dinner plate, salad plate, cereal bowl and mug) from Wedgewood along with an Edme Metal Giftware bread tray and charger. Specific air carrier(s), origination/destination airports, hotel, sightseeing, and prize details are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Grand Prize winner will receive less than 45 days notice prior to trip departure. If, for any reason, Grand Prize winner cannot take the trip on a date specified by the Sponsor, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Grand Prize winner other than to supply the remaining elements of the Grand Prize as described. All other expenses relating to acceptance of Grand Prize, including but not limited to taxes, all meals/beverages, ground transfers, gratuities, excursions, insurance, fees, surcharges, service charges or passenger facility charges, incidentals, departure and airport taxes, passport fees, visa fees, and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion. Travel companion of winner must be 21 years of age or older. Complete terms and conditions of Grand Prize trip will be furnished with prize notification. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. All travel is subject to availability and blackout dates, including, but not limited to June 1, 2009 – August 31, 2009 and December 15, 2009 – January 3, 2010. All travel must be taken and completed by May 1, 2010. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel on identical itineraries including the same departure date, city of origination, destination city, and return date. Grand prize winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (e.g. acceptable photo ID, passport, visa, etc.) and will be required to provide a valid passport at time of travel. No changes will be made to travel details once any elements(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked. No frequent flier or hotel stay miles will be earned on any element of prize travel. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Released Parties are not responsible for any changes of any element of Grand Prize travel and Released Parties are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or flight delays. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, or certificates. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change. No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as a prize; if a stopover occurs, the prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segments, including the return. Once hotel and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor. An unclaimed and/or unused Grand Prize travel package will remain the property of Sponsor or its designee. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prize of comparable value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by Grand Prize winner. Prize is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. By accepting prize, Grand Prize winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize is $6,660. Actual value of prize may vary based on winner’s point of departure and arrival, dates of travel, and airfares at time of booking. Eight (8) Weekly Prizes: a $250 Macy’s gift card, The Gourmet Cookbook by Ruth Reichl, and The Tudors Season 1 and Season 2 DVDs. ARV of Weekly Prize: $382 each. Approximate retail value of all prizes is $9,716. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and each winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Limit of one Weekly prize per household. Winner of any Weekly prize is eligible to win Grand Prize.

6) Limitations of Liability: Each participant agrees (i) to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, and (ii) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any & all claims, actions, and/or liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or for entry into this Sweepstakes, any related activities, or acceptance or use of any prize won.

7) General Conditions: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should this Sweepstakes be terminated, Sponsor reserves the right to select potential winner(s) in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer system, server, or service providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer equipment relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8) Winner's List: For the name of Prize winners, available after June 30, 2009, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Tudors Have It All Sweeps Winners, c/o Marden-Kane, Dept. JV, 36 Maple Place, Manhasset, NY 11030. Requests received after August 31, 2009 will not be honored.
