This documentary follows the dramatic true story of Mario Rocha, an East Los Angeles native falsely convicted of murder as a teenager, who has spent more than a decade fighting an uphill battle in the California legal system to clear his name and be released from prison - a war he has an approximately one percent chance of winning, according to legal experts.
