Stephen Billington takes over the role of history's greatest bloodsucker in this sequel that finds the infamous vampire revived by a team of scientists that want to study him in order to cure their wheelchair-bound leader (Craig Sheffer) of a mysterious disease. Anyone with the slightest inkling of Dracula's real powers knows, however, that their high-tech precautions will be for naught! Diane Neal, Jason London and Jason Scott Lee costar in this wry continuation of the horror saga, followed by "Dracula III: Legacy."
