Aside from his role on THE AFFAIR, Josh Stamberg's resume includes NBC's PARENTHOOD and Lifetime's DROP DEAD DIVA, as well as SIX FEET UNDER, STUDIO 60 ON THE SUNSET STRIP, OVER THERE, and CASTLE. Some of Stamberg's favorite guest roles include JUSTIFIED, SEX AND THE CITY, and IT'S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA.
Stamberg recently wrapped the feature films DAY OUT OF DAYS directed by Zoe Cassavetes and Havenhurst with Fionnula Flanagan. Some of his other roles include Clint Eastwood's J. EDGAR, Jill Soloway's AFTERNOON DELIGHT, Scott Stewart's DARK SKIES and LEGION, and Stephen Belber's DRIFTING ELEGANT.
In the spring Stamberg returned to the Geffen Playhouse where he appeared as the title character in THE POWER OF DUFF by Stephen Belber. Previously, he performed opposite Annette Bening in FEMALE OF THE SPECIES at the Geffen. Stamberg co-developed and starred in TAPE (productions in New York, Los Angeles and London.) He has performed in many LA Theaterworks productions including the international tour of TOP SECRET: THE BATTLE FOR THE PENTAGON PAPERS (as Ben Bradley). Stamberg also loves being involved with the Ojai Playwright's Conference. In New York, he appeared in DISTRACTED opposite Cynthia Nixon.
Stamberg lives in Los Angeles and New York with his wife, actress Myndy Crist, and their two daughters.
