The Little Mermaid

Cam Harrison, a young journalist, travels with his ailing niece Elle to Mississippi in search of the magical healing potion that has been sweeping the nation. They come upon a traveling circus claiming to have a real live mermaid. They discover that the mermaid is is not only real, but that she is being held captive by the evil circus leader. Cam and Elle develop a plan to free her.
