Love is Strange

After marrying longtime partner Ben (John Lithgow), George (Alfred Molina) is fired from his teaching position at a Catholic school when the archdiocese discovers his sexuality. Unable to afford their Manhattan apartment, the couple must separate while they look for cheaper housing. Ben stays with his nephew and George bunks with their neighbors – a situation that leaves everyone involved struggling to adjust.
