Phil Broker, an ex-DEA agent, (Jason Stratham) moves to a quiet town with his young daughter hoping to start anew and escape his dark past. But an altercation with the local drug lord (James Franco) leads to his daughter’s abduction, forcing him back into action in order to save her life.
