Trevor convinces Nik to take him into town and scores a date with a shop assistant by tricking her into thinking he’s the nurse and Nik’s the patient. Still managing her conflicted feelings for Nik, Kareena is none too pleased when her personal therapist confronts her while visiting someone else at the ward. As Nik continues to piece together the memories of his terrible trauma, he struggles with a distressing feeling he’s observing himself from outside his body.
