SOPHIE THATCHER
Sophie recently wrapped the female lead Becky Monroe in the film When the Streetlights Go Onf or Quibi with Rebecca Thomas directing and Anonymous Content producing. She can next be seen in Woody Allen's new movie opposite Christoph Waltz, Elena Anaya, Gina Gershon,  Louis Garrel, Sergi López, and Wallace Shawn. Before that, she starred opposite Jay Duplass and Pedro Pascal in the SXSW hit Prospect—produced by Chris Weitz and Andrew Miano, written and directed by Zeek Earl and Christopher Caldwell. She also appeared alongside John Lithgow and Blythe Danner in the Anonymous Content-produced feature The Tomorrow Man, directed by Noble Jones.   

 Sophie hails from Chicago where she made her mark in the theater world playing Anne Frank in The Diary of Anne Frank to which she got rave reviews. “…Sophie Thatcher, the remarkable and prodigiously talented young actress playing the title role at Writers, would have cut through anyway…” – Chicago Tribune.  

She also starred in several other stage productions including A Christmas Carol: The Musical, Oliver!, The Secret Garden, and The Hard Problem .
